If you know someone who needs help (such as utility assistance, consumer credit counseling, rental assistance, food, veteran's services) dial 2-1-1, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  A trained and knowledgeable information and referral specialist will refer you to the organization that is best able to meet your need and nearest to your location. 

During times of natural disaster, 2-1-1 works in concert with emergency operation centers to assist citizens with disaster relief information and long term recovery assistance information.
